No Refunds — Warranty Replacement Only

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

However, your purchase is protected under our Two-Year Warranty, which ensures that you receive a fully functional, high-quality product.

Two-Year Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from us include a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:

  • Components that stop working as intended

If your product qualifies for warranty service, we will provide a replacement unit at no cost.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

How to Request a Warranty Replacement
