Free Shipping on All Orders

We are proud to offer free standard shipping on every order within the continental United States. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Once your order is processed, it will be prepared for shipment and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

Shipping Timeframes

Due to the size, weight, and specialized nature of our plumbing fixtures, standard delivery may take slightly longer than traditional retail items.

Estimated delivery window:
2–4 weeks from the date of shipment.

Please note:

Delivery times may vary based on product availability, carrier delays, or high-volume seasonal periods.
Custom or special-order items may require additional fulfillment time; if so, you’ll be notified before checkout or by customer service.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after initial scan by the carrier.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the issue along with your order number so we can assist you promptly.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier. While carrier delays are outside our control, we will always do our best to help resolve the issue.
